SHIPPING POLICY

Free US Shipping
Red Ritual offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time
Standard shipping within the United States takes 7-10 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order at any time.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Red Ritual is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please contact us at support@redritual.co within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged please take photos immediately and contact us at support@redritual.co. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping will be available soon.
